Brandon made purchasing a home easy from day one. The day we found the home online i messaged him before 8am and he immediately responded and said let's go now! Then after the sale was complete we had some questions and he reached out to the seller agent and worked hard to find out the answers we needed. Most would not go that extra mile after their job was technically finished. I also like that he has a team ready and working hard to make sure everything gets done as quickly and easily as possible. Would definitely recommend Brandon for home buying and selling.

I'll be honest — there were multiple points during this process where I thought the deal was dead, and Brandon really helped us pull this off. The seller was incredibly difficult to work with, and it felt like every time we made progress, something would come up and knock us back to square one. It was exhausting. Brandon just never quit. What really stood out was that he never seemed frustrated, even when I definitely was. He'd take a day or two, come back with a completely fresh angle, and somehow find a way to keep things moving. A couple of his ideas genuinely surprised me — I wouldn't have thought of them in a million years, and I'm not sure another realtor would have either. There's a lot of realtors out there who are great when everything goes smoothly. Brandon is the one you want when it doesn't. He clearly knows how to read people, knows when to push and when to back off, and just has a knack for finding solutions in situations where most people would throw their hands up. We got to closing. I still kind of can't believe it. If you're going into a transaction that feels complicated or you're dealing with a difficult seller, I really can't recommend Brandon enough. He earned it.
